Refund & Cancellation Policy – Techgsinterns

At Techgsinterns, we strive to provide quality IT training and internships. Please read the refund and cancellation terms carefully.

1. Course Fee Refund Policy
  • Before Course Start Date:
    • Full refund available if cancellation is made at least 3 days before the course start date.
    • A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Payment gateway or bank transaction charges are non-refundable.
  • After Course Begins:
    • No refund once the course has started.
    • In exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergencies), course rescheduling may be allowed upon management approval.
2. Internship Cancellation Policy
  • No refund will be given if a student cancels the internship after enrollment.
  • Internship start date can be rescheduled once with at least 7 days' prior notice.
  • No fees will be refunded on no-show or late cancellation.
3. Charges and Taxes
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST as per government rules).
  • GST and registration fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Payment gateway and bank transaction charges are non-refundable.
4. Mode of Refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Applicable deductions will be made before processing.
5. Course Cancellation by Techgsinterns
  • If a course or internship batch is cancelled by Techgsinterns, a 100% refund will be issued without any deductions.
