Refund & Cancellation Policy – Techgsinterns
At Techgsinterns, we strive to provide quality IT training and internships. Please read the refund and cancellation terms carefully.
1. Course Fee Refund Policy
- Before Course Start Date:
- Full refund available if cancellation is made at least 3 days before the course start date.
- A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Payment gateway or bank transaction charges are non-refundable.
- After Course Begins:
- No refund once the course has started.
- In exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergencies), course rescheduling may be allowed upon management approval.
2. Internship Cancellation Policy
- No refund will be given if a student cancels the internship after enrollment.
- Internship start date can be rescheduled once with at least 7 days' prior notice.
- No fees will be refunded on no-show or late cancellation.
3. Charges and Taxes
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST as per government rules).
- GST and registration fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Payment gateway and bank transaction charges are non-refundable.
4. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Applicable deductions will be made before processing.
5. Course Cancellation by Techgsinterns
- If a course or internship batch is cancelled by Techgsinterns, a 100% refund will be issued without any deductions.
